Naturally Flavoured and Coloured Lime Sugars and Icing Sugars

Strong and Spicy with a touch of eucalyptus, Lime will add an exotic touch to your creations

Gourmet Lime Sugar

Lime can contribute equally to sweet and savoury dishes. It’ll add a tang to your curries or Mexican dishes. It’ll add a note of freshness to your Lime Meringue Pie. Made with the zest and juice of real limes, this sugar and icing sugar supplies you with an authentic taste of the Tropics.

Our Lime sugar brings with it a little bit of sunshine. It’s the taste of the Caribbean – white beaches, palm trees, hot evenings and cocktails by the pool. It’s simply delicious with a slightly spicier, more floral flavour than the Lemon Sugar. Using our bespoke process, we’ve managed to give you all the citrus flavour that fresh lime offers, but without any of the bitterness or sour aftertaste that you can occasionally find in lime flavoured products. This is the real deal, just lime juice, lime zest and pure raw cane sugar.

Our Lime Sugar has many uses – it’s amazing on a Pineapple Carpaccio. It’s fantastic sprinkled over cupcakes (if you want to go the whole hog with flavoured frosting, then take a look at our selection of Naturally Flavoured and Coloured Icing Sugars!) It’s superb used in any number of exotic recipes that require a touch of lime and a touch of sweetness at the same time – think Thai, Indian, Mexican flavours.

The gorgeous pale green crystals of our gourmet Lime Sugar are decorative as well as delicious, and can be used to embellish cocktail glasses. They can also be added to any number of cocktails or non-alchoholic drinks to impart an amazing punch of Lime. Try them today! This sugar is Gluten-Free, Vegetarian and Vegan.

HOW TO USE: Gourmet Lime Sugar And Icing Sugar

These sugars and icing sugars are a fantastic addition to any dish that needs a bit of Pizazz!

Rather than dipping the rim of your margarita glass into boring old white sugar, use gorgeous Lime Sugar. And add it to the margarita whilst you’re at it! It adds fantastic depth to a mojito and it’s superb to add a zesty twist to a glass of Prosecco.

Tequila and Lime Chicken is an amazingly simple dish, added to exponentially by sprinkling the chicken lightly with lime sugar before grilling it. It adds caramelisation AND flavour. A winning combination!
