Our Natural Belgian Chocolate Icing Sugar is a gorgeous addition to Mascarpone cheese, amazing in pavlovas, and literally MADE for donuts.
More than chocolate, more than vanilla, this sugar is so delicious that it’s actually quite difficult to quantify. It can be added to hot milk to make an utterly decadent hot chocolate. It can be used to make ice-cream and custard. It can be used in Frostings, Fondants and Icings. It’s just delicious in every way.
Unlike our other sugars, our Belgian Chocolate Icing Sugar does include milk, so while it’s vegetarian and gluten-free, it’s not vegan.
