Natural Raspberry White Chocolate Sugar
There are some combinations that are just made for each other, and this is one of them. The tangy sweetness of Raspberry is perfectly balanced with tantalisingly creamy white chocolate, and finished off with a touch of Himalayan pink salt.
Raspberries are beautiful jewelled fruit, and white chocolate is the sweetest and gentlest of all the chocolates, so this is really a perfect combination. The pink of the raspberries is set off perfectly by a background of ground white chocolate and the different flavours of this sugar are tied together with a tiny touch of Himalayan Pink Salt, which balances out what would otherwise be a very sweet treat. It’s an unusual application of a common combination of flavours and as such, it allows you great latitude in your baking!
Our Gourmet Raspberry White Chocolate Sugar was initially created upon request by a donut-maker who needed something spectacular to put on his donuts. So, yes, donuts is a great way to start… but you can use this sugar in lots of different ways – in icings, in frostings, in bakes and cakes, sprinkled over pancakes, whipped into cream. Like our other sugars, this is Gluten-Free and Vegetarian, but because of the milk in the Belgian White Chocolate, it’s not Vegan.
HOW TO USE: Gourmet Raspberry White Chocolate Sugar And Icing Sugars
These sugars and icing sugars are a fantastic addition to any dish that needs a bit of yumminess.
Add the sugar to a cup of hot milk for a gorgeous white flavoured hot chocolate.
